Just played my first match after 2 months out, Jack was fantastic with my ankle rehab. Loads of different exercises that have given me stability and confidence coming back. Would recommend spiral health if you’re looking for a friendly, tailored experience.

Fantastic Service. Lauren supported me over a few months, I was struggling with calf pain whilst running and unable to break past 5K comfortably. She helped me manage my symptoms and gradually increase my load and as a result this weekend I completed the 20K Round Sheffield Run for the first time ever. Also very she was just very genuine, down to earth and flexible! I would highly recommend to anyone

I could not be happier with the service I’ve had from the first contact with jack at spiral health physiotherapy. When we spoke to him initially my father had been written off as bed ridden by the care home he had been put in after being discharged from hospital and also by the NHS physiotherapist that had been assigned to him. Jack has come in and in a matter of weeks has got him to the stage where he can stand up and transfer into a chair with assistance and also has improved his mental health no end. I would have no hesitation in recommending jack , who really cares about his patients wellbeing and wants the best for them.

I’ve worked with Jack for a couple of years. He’s helped increase the strength around my left knee due to arthritis and has kept me on the cricket field and running. Jack is knowledgeable, patient and caring, I highly recommend.

Jack has been working with my dad since his fall and subsequent broken hip a few months ago. The wait for NHS physio was so long that we decided to call Jack in as soon as dad was settled back at home as we were worried that if he spent too long not moving he would struggle to walk again. Jack has been amazing. He has supported and encouraged dad to get up and moving, always making him feel safe. There is no doubt we owe a lot to Jack for helping dad regain his confidence in moving about and helping him retain his independence to live at home.
