Appointments, Cancellations & Payments
At Warwickshire Home Physio, we are committed to providing high-quality, personalised care in the comfort of your home. As a mobile service, our clinicians carefully plan their days around travel and appointment locations, meaning late changes can have a significant impact on our ability to offer care to others.
We completely understand that life – especially with families – can be unpredictable, and we always aim to approach cancellations with empathy and fairness.
However, to protect our cliniciansโ time and ensure the sustainability of our service, we have introduced the following policy:
Payment
All appointments must be paid for in advance at the time of booking. This includes follow-up appointments.
Cancellations & Rescheduling
- More than 72 hoursโ notice (working days): Refund or reschedule at no cost
- Between 72 and 48 hoursโ notice (working days): 50% of the appointment fee will be charged
- Less than 48 hoursโ notice (working days): The full appointment fee is payable and is non-refundable
Discretion & Exceptional Circumstances
We understand that genuine, unforeseen situations arise. In these cases, we will always use our discretion and aim to be as fair and understanding as possible.
Why this matters
As a mobile physiotherapy service, late cancellations often leave gaps in our cliniciansโ schedules that cannot be filled at short notice. This directly impacts our ability to support other clients and sustain our service.
