Lauren couldn’t have been lovelier or more professional. I absolutely loved the Mummy MOT and feel totally empowered to strengthen my new body. I've worked with Jack for a couple of years. He's helped increase the strength around my left knee due to arthritis and has kept me on the cricket field and running. Jack is knowledgeable, patient and caring, I highly recommend.

Lauren was amazing and helped reassure me that the changes to my body were normal.
She also worked with me to find simple exercises that work well for me and my recovery, tailoring a programme to me and my needs. I left feeling confident in myself and ability to start doing some gentle exercises at my own pace.

Just played my first match after 2 months out, Jack was fantastic with my ankle rehab. Loads of different exercises that have given me stability and confidence coming back. Would recommend spiral health if you’re looking for a friendly, tailored experience.

Fantastic Service. Lauren supported me over a few months, I was struggling with calf pain whilst running and unable to break past 5K comfortably. She helped me manage my symptoms and gradually increase my load and as a result this weekend I completed the 20K Round Sheffield Run for the first time ever. Also very she was just very genuine, down to earth and flexible! I would highly recommend to anyone 😊

My experience with Spiral and Lauren was exceptional.
She really listened to the symptoms I was experiencing with my neck and helped diagnose the issue straight away. She gave me lots of helpful and practical advice and some exercises that I could fit into my daily routine. After 2 sessions the pain had disappeared and I now know what to do should the issue reoccur.

Jack has been working with my dad since his fall and subsequent broken hip a few months ago. The wait for NHS physio was so long that we decided to call Jack in as soon as dad was settled back at home as we were worried that if he spent too long not moving he would struggle to walk again. Jack has been amazing. He has supported and encouraged dad to get up and moving, always making him feel safe. There is no doubt we owe a lot to Jack for helping dad regain his confidence in moving about and helping him retain his independence to live at home.

I cannot recommend Jack highly enough.
I have had a bad back on and off for years now. Various trips to different Physiotherapists have not really solved the problem.
Recently I tweaked my back and was literally in agony. So much so that I could not sleep properly. I called Spiral Health and Jack was able to see me quickly, and even better at my home.
I was impressed by his professional approach and his knowledge and experience. His service is completely COVID safe/rule compliant.
From memory I had four sessions and exercises to do between each session.
The result was a much better back. I am still doing the stretching exercises as they really have made a difference.
In short, Jack is interested only in fixing your problem. He will not prompt for needless extra sessions..
Great value for money and I have recommended him to other family members who are equally impressed.
