I’m a Physiotherapist who graduated from the University of Salford with First Class Honours. I’m passionate about helping people move better, feel stronger, and regain confidence in what their bodies can do.
I have experience across a wide range of clinical areas including: acute medical wards, musculoskeletal, neurological rehabilitation, community services, intermediate care and respiratory rehab. These roles helped shape me into a well-rounded clinician who can look beyond symptoms and consider every aspect of a person’s health and well-being.
Before training as a physiotherapist, I spent five years deeply involved in sport, including two years on a professional scholarship programme. During this time, I was exposed to high-level strength and conditioning, and a wide range of my own personal injuries – experiencing the life-changing power of effective rehab first-hand is what inspired me to pursue physiotherapy as a career.
I’m a naturally hands-on physio who enjoys integrating manual therapy with targeted exercise. I hold a Level 4 Sports Massage qualification, which I integrate into treatment plans when appropriate to enhance recovery, reduce pain and optimise performance. I’ve worked with people across all demographics and use the latest evidence base, adapting it in a way that fits your goals, your lifestyle and your pace.
My main clinical interests include return-to-sport and activity, running-related injuries, musculoskeletal conditions and post-surgical rehabilitation. Outside of work, I’m a big sports enthusiast, whether it’s football, the gym, golf, padel tennis or running. I bring that same energy into my sessions: I’m bubbly, approachable and always happy to chat. My aim is always to empower, support, and make your rehab experience as positive, enjoyable and effective as possible.
