What We Offer:
- Salary: £32,000 – £48,000 per year (depending on experience)
- Performance-based bonus/commission scheme (to thank you for your hard work, not to incentivise “upselling”)
- Max 5 clients a day – 60 minute appointments and paid travel and admin
- Monday – Friday, no weekends
- Potential for company vehicle (all mileage paid if using own vehicle)
- £500 annual CPD budget + paid study leave
- 25 days annual leave + bank holidays + your birthday (increasing with service)

About the Role
As a mobile service, we work with a highly varied client group, including individuals with complex care needs, neurological conditions, falls risk, and orthopaedic/musculoskeletal presentations. The successful candidate will demonstrate a strong background in the assessment and management of these conditions.
The role includes:
- Delivering individualised, patient-centred physiotherapy in the community
- Managing and prioritising your own caseload
- Completing high-quality clinical documentation in line with HCPC standards
- Working independently while being supported by a close-knit, experienced team
- Engaging in regular CPD, training, and reflective practice
Working Pattern
- Full-time preferable, (37.5 hours per week) part-time considered
- Monday to Friday
About You
We’re looking for someone who:
- Is a Chartered Physiotherapist with HCPC registration
- Has experience managing a varied caseload independently
- Is confident working in a community setting
- Values high-quality care and continuous improvement
- Has strong communication and clinical reasoning skills
- Holds a full UK driving licence
