I’ve always been drawn to understanding how the human body moves, performs and recovers. That curiosity led me to study Sports and Exercise Sciences at Liverpool John Moores University, where I developed a deep appreciation for biomechanics, anatomy, performance and rehabilitation. That passion only grew from there, and I went on to complete my Physiotherapy Master’s at the University of Northampton, laying the foundation for a career dedicated to helping people move better and feel stronger.

My early clinical experience came through the NHS, working as a Band 5 MSK physiotherapist. That role gave me invaluable exposure to a huge range of musculoskeletal presentations, from acute injuries to long-term conditions, and taught me early on just how much clear communication, patient education and evidence-based rehab matter to a good recovery.

From there, my career took me into professional sport, working with Northampton Town FC before becoming Head Physiotherapist at Solihull Moors. Working in football sharpened my skills in injury diagnosis, load management, return-to-play planning and decision-making under real pressure. It also reinforced something I still believe strongly โ€“ that our job isn’t just to treat injuries, but to help build genuinely resilient bodies.

My clinical strengths lie firmly within musculoskeletal physiotherapy, with particular expertise in shoulders, backs, hips, knees and ankles. I see myself as an injury and rehabilitation specialist, combining hands-on treatment with structured, progressive exercise-based rehab tailored to each person. I have a particular interest in running injuries โ€“ as a runner myself, I understand how frustrating it is to be sidelined, and I enjoy helping people work through these setbacks so they can get back to their training. Whatever the injury, my goal is always the same โ€“ to help people feel confident, capable and in control of their own recovery, with a clear plan and a clear understanding of how we’re going to get there together.

Outside of work, I try to practise what I preach. I’m a regular at the gym, enjoy running and hiking, and love playing football, golf and padel. When I’m not moving, you’ll usually find me with a good book โ€“ anything that keeps me learning, thinking or inspired.
